I ordered my samples, which showed up in two days.

Pricing

The printing is certainly less expensive than going offline and getting your brochures or collateral printed at a typical commerical printer. But I won't say the printing is "cheap."

In the world of printing, you'll get what you pay for. Cheap price usually yields cheap printing.

But, as with most things in life, you get what you pay for. Looking at the samples I received they do a good job printing four color work and seem to offer everything you need in a printer for an affordable price.
